Installation & Upgrade Instructions
- New Installations:
Download the latest version of SimpleRisk and follow the installation guide for your preferred deployment method. - Upgrading Existing Installations:
Navigate to Configure → Register & Upgrade, then select “Upgrade the Application.”
This process will update both the application and database to the latest version.

- Enhanced the Graphical Risk Analysis report by making the top section collapsible, allowing users to hide report details after generating charts
- Fixed an issue in Compliance → Active Audit → View Test where a modal dialog incorrectly appeared at the top of the page when submitting a failed test result
- Updated large editor styling to remove rounded edges for improved consistency with other UI elements
