Manual installation

Before you begin: a manual installation follows a precise set of steps that our other methods perform for you automatically. Operating systems change often, so these guides reflect a point in time and may need adjustment for your environment. Use this method only when running Ubuntu is not an option or your environment needs a non-standard configuration.

Download the web bundle, validate the checksum, then follow the guide for your operating system.
